as soon as you know the date for your event, We always recommend getting your custom cake order in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We usually require for custom orders a 3 to 4 weeks notice. smaller orders can typically be ACCOMMODATE within 2 weeks. the best way to get in touch is to email Lucie directly at hello@banffcakery.com or through our contact page to get the process started! We’ll discuss your event details, flavour options, budget and design ideas.

Now that we have the information that we need, Lucie will confirm all design and pricing details via email. the final design is approved and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to save the date.

Please note that your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid

One week prior to your event date, the remaining 50% deposit is required. Based on your contract, we will arrange the delivery or the pick-up of your cake for your event and make sure that it is picture perfect.
